Because we are affiliated with a University, regretfully we can not consider teachers for lead teaching positions who do not yet have two years of full time teaching experience (after student teaching) in a K-8 public or private school. Our Associate positions are open to those who are committed to a teaching career but do not yet have sufficient experience for lead teaching. Excellent benefits for all positions are the same. We appreciate your attention to our firm criteria, as we are unable to get university clearance if you do not meet our requirements and wish you the best in your job search.
